Subject	What are optimal coolant temps in celsius? My TT will open

Message	at normal temp, and runs fine. The digital readout on my standalone will show peak temps of 91 degrees C (sitting running after driving hard etc), it usually reads at around 81-83 degrees though. What temperature is considered to be over the acceptable range?
